Eco Buildings core technology is based on modular construction elements formed from glass fibre reinforced gypsum (GFRG). These standard construction elements allow the faster and more cost-effective building of residential, commercial, and industrial dwellings.
Eco Buildings is pleased to announce that the government-approved testing department at the Catholic University of Chile in Santiago, has informed the Company that its wall panels, have successfully passed the government’s rigorous testing program for use in its construction market.
This development is the result of months of meticulous testing that began back in July 2023 where the Group’s building materials were subjected to the most extensive evaluations for strength, durability, fire-resistance, sound insulation and structural integrity.
The results from the Catholic University testing center surpassed their stringent standards on all test variables, demonstrating the reliability and adaptability required to meet the exacting building regulation standards governing the construction industry in the region. As a result of this performance success in Chile, it is the Company’s understanding that its walls will also be deemed compliant across a substantial number of Latin American markets, allowing for significant future growth prospects in Chile and across the wider region. Simple on-site installation of large format panels significantly reduces building and labour time. Spaces for doors and windows can be pre-cut at the factory and the integral voids simplify piping and electrical work. The methodology prioritises efficiency at the construction site.
Friendly to the Environment
GFRG panelling is a green product that helps save energy and protect the environment as it has a lower embodied energy (EE) coefficient and uses less CO2 gas emission to produce and install when compared with other traditional building construction materials.
Eco Buildings GFRG Elements Manufacturing Process
Eco Buildings Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) elements are manufactured using a process that was innovated by the Company. It automates the moulding process and uses a mix of calcined plaster and fiberglass rovings, together with waterproofing agents and curing admixtures.

Casting
We utilize state-of-the-art casting techniques and equipment to produce high-precision uniform panels of up 35m2.

Drying
The drying process is carried out in a controlled environment, preventing any contamination and ensuring high-quality results.

Cutting
We utilize advanced cutting technologies and techniques to produce panels to meet the exact requirements of the project minimizing on site fabrication.

Transportation
We employ safe and efficient transportation methods to deliver products to construction sites. Due to the panels low weight, transport costs are lower than traditional building materials.

Installation
Installation is handled by skilled technicians who ensure that all products are properly and safely installed, meeting the highest quality standards.

Filling
After installation, we meticulously fill all products to guarantee optimal performance and durability.
Factory-controlled precision engineering with added quality assurance – this ensures structural integrity whilst simultaneously reducing material wastage and onsite storage requirements, cutting buildings costs by up to 50 percent when compared with conventionally built dwellings;

Framework contract with Partners covering scope of work, costing and delivery times
2. Design
Design process begins with detailed analysis of client requirements and continues with iteration & refinement until final approval is received.
3. Prefabrication
Translating the approved design into modular components for efficient and precise assembly on site.
4. Site Preparation
Site Preparation involves clearing the land, preparing the foundation, and ensuring proper grading for a stable base.
5. Construction
Assemby of the building components, installing systems, and progressing towards completion according to the approved design and schedule.
6. Interiors
Interior design starts by assessing the completed construction, creating a design plan, selecting furniture and decor, and executing the design
7. Exteriors
Analyzing the completed design, identifying areas for improvement, making changes to enhance aesthetic and functionality, and implementing the updated design.
8. Handover
Marking the transfer of ownership and responsibility for the property from the builder to the client.
